On September 12, 2016 Pastor Draper answered the call as the fourth Pastor of Tucker Missionary Baptist Church located in Syracuse, NY. Under his vision to "Bring In, Build Up & Branch out" over 500 souls have joined the Tucker Church Family.
Pastor Draper is a proud member of the Kappa Alpha Psi Inc. He is well sought after revivalist, teacher, preacher, and lecturer throughout the country for his cutting edge and though provoking biblical sermons. He is married to First Lady Joy Draper, the "Joy" of his heart. He is a proud husband, father, son and Pastor.

Rev. Inez Flanagan serves as the Chief of Staff for Tucker Missionary Baptist Church. Rev. Flanagan’s role entails being the right hand to Pastor Draper, overseeing the day-to-day business, and ministry operations. Rev. Flanagan is charged with ensuring the alignment of ministry and business operations with the overall vision and strategic direction of the church..
